Not a margarita, but it is the most popular adult beverage in Mexico; Mexican beer with a spicy, limey Clamato mix.
These can be enjoyed slowly and unadulterated.
Young and fiery with earthy, oily citrus overtones and notes of grass and sage. Fermented with classical music played around the clock, very elegant.
Produced with traditional methods, from slow-cooking the piñas in a brick oven to crushing the cooked piñas with a tahona (stone wheel) and using small copper stills. Sweet and fruity on the nose with cooked agave, citrus, vanilla and oak. The rounded, smooth palate offers more agave, as well as allspice, nutmeg, crème brûlée and oak. The long finish features caramel, agave, orange peel and a whisper of smoke.
This medium amber is aged in wood barrels and has warm wood and earth with peach in the nose. It is rich and full-bodied with vanilla, maple, oak, leather and pipe tobacco with a slick and smooth finish.
Could easily be mistaken for an extra añejo .Strong nose of pepper and agave. Later aromas of almond, cherry and coconut. It has hints of cherry and almond. Nice smooth flavor that tastes a bit like vanilla and caramel.
Aged in single Kentucky oak barrels no bigger than 200 liters for 18 months and double distilled in the traditional Corralejo Charente method using copper and column stills. Beautifully golden copper, it got its name from the number of hours to produce it, from cultivating the Agave to bottling. It has a wonderful body with woody flavor accompanied by soft fruity notes.
Blue Weber agave from the Jalisco highlands make this a real treat. Aged for 2 years in American oak barrels, this one is SMOOTH! Oak, agave, orange peel, vanilla and earth abound.
