With 50 years combined experience in restaurants of every sort, we are excited to return to our roots and provide the North Country with an unparalleled dining experience. We bring with us recipes from the posh eateries of Jackson Hole and New Orleans along with those of roadside stands in Jamaica and the Cajun Riviera.

We are committed to using local and hard-to-get ingredients of uncompromising quality in our dishes. We source fish from ethical, sustainable sources and give preference to products produced from New York and Vermont farms and artisans.
